Brad Goodwin, President

President

Brad Goodwin is President of On Track Partners. Brad leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives, including acquisitions, operational integration, shared services development, and performance improvement across its portfolio of brands.

Working closely with founders and leadership teams, Brad has helped build a scalable operating platform focused on technician development, customer experience, digital marketing performance, and operational excellence.

Prior to joining On Track Partners, Brad spent several years with Accenture, advising executive teams at large privately held and publicly traded companies on strategy, operational improvement, and margin optimization initiatives.

Brad earned an MBA in Competitive Strategy from University of Florida, where he was a Matherly Scholar. He also holds a graduate degree from University of Mississippi and a BA from Millsaps College. Brad lives in Tampa with his wife and three daughters.

Brad Lewis is a seasoned finance executive with nearly 30 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence for private equity-backed and publicly traded companies. Most recently, as Vice President of Finance at Sunrise Landscape, he led the finance and administration functions through a period of significant expansion, overseeing the integration of five strategic acquisitions and the implementation of enterprise-level systems. Throughout his career—including leadership roles at Seven Seas Water Corporation and Catalina Marketing—Brad has specialized in financial integration, ERP implementations, and navigating M&A activities.

Brad holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Outside of the office, he is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and stays busy supporting his three daughters’ diverse interests. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and watching college football.

Steve Ferrall is the current Vice President of Sales for On Track Partners bringing over 25 years of executive sales leadership to the organization. Steve has had a distinguished career by leading high-performance teams, driving revenue growth, and creating impactful sales strategies that have consistently exceeded business objectives. Renowned for a results-oriented approach, Steve has successfully guided organizations across multiple industries to achieve scalable and sustainable growth, leveraging expertise in sales leadership, team development, and market expansion. Outside of his professional pursuits, Steve cherishes spending quality time with his family.

Jordan Echard is a results-driven leader with expertise in regional management, business development, and employee training. As President of Duke’s Garage Doors, he focuses on strategic growth and operational excellence for brands in On Track Partner’s Florida region.

With a strong background in multi-unit management, Jordan has successfully opened new locations, optimized operations, and built high-performing teams. He has hired, trained, and promoted over 250 employees, developing leaders across various industries.

His career includes leadership roles at Roto Rooter and Hertz, where he drove business success through hands-on leadership and strategic vision. A University of Georgia graduate, Jordan enjoys family time, traveling, golf, and the beach in Tampa.

Matt Hussong, President, Fairmount Door Head of Midwest Operations

President, Fairmount Door Head of Midwest Operations

Matt Hussong is the President of Fairmount Door, a second-generation, family-owned business that has been serving Central Indiana since 1975. Growing up in the industry, Matt officially began his career in the garage door business in 2001. Under his leadership, Fairmount Door has continued to expand while maintaining its commitment to high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Since becoming president, Matt has overseen significant growth, including the strategic acquisitions of Thomas Garage Door Sales in Greencastle, Indiana, and AJ Door in West Unity, Ohio. These acquisitions have expanded Fairmount Door’s regional presence while strengthening its ability to serve residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial clients.

In August 2024, Fairmount Door partnered with On Track Partners, a move designed to enhance its service offerings and market reach. Matt has also prioritized workforce development through the Fairmount Door Training Academy, ensuring that technicians receive top-tier training for safe and professional garage door installations and repairs.

Daley Donigan, Head of M&A

Daley Donigan

Head of M&A

Daley is an Operating Partner with NorthCurrent and Head of M&A for On Track Partners. He focuses on pursuing and executing new investment opportunities along with driving growth and value creation among existing portfolio companies. Before joining NorthCurrent in 2024, Daley worked at RFE Investment Partners in Westport, CT, a private equity firm focused on making control equity investments in business service companies across the lower middle market.

Daley began his career in investment banking at Stephens Inc. in Atlanta, GA, where he focused on M&A advisory, capital raising transactions and other financial advisory services to the specialty distribution & services sector.

Daley earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Florida. Daley resides in New York City with his wife, and enjoys playing golf, traveling, skiing and watching college football and the English Premier League.
