Daley is an Operating Partner with NorthCurrent and Head of M&A for On Track Partners. He focuses on pursuing and executing new investment opportunities along with driving growth and value creation among existing portfolio companies. Before joining NorthCurrent in 2024, Daley worked at RFE Investment Partners in Westport, CT, a private equity firm focused on making control equity investments in business service companies across the lower middle market.
Daley began his career in investment banking at Stephens Inc. in Atlanta, GA, where he focused on M&A advisory, capital raising transactions and other financial advisory services to the specialty distribution & services sector.
Daley earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Florida. Daley resides in New York City with his wife, and enjoys playing golf, traveling, skiing and watching college football and the English Premier League.
